The company is facing many serious crises but one of the most hazardous is the conflict between production and marketing departments. Both the departments are blaming each other for declining sales. In first meeting with Mr. Shahid Khan , the production manager complaints about the erroneous forecasting of demand where as the marketing manager complaints about the unnecessary delay in supply of demanded medicines.
